  • How do I book my party?
    Follow the Book Now button links throughout the website and you will be directed to our booking form. We will be in touch once we have received your form. Alternatively, give us a call at 647-234-5810 or email us at info@dreamparties.ca
  • How are you different from other Princess Party companies?
    Dream Parties is on a mission towards inclusivity - as such we have a diverse range of performers on our team - from local youth to professional artists to teachers and ECE's! We are heavily activity based and focus the most on engaging with children.
  • Are gratuities allowed?
    Absolutely! Our performers and event staff would be deeply appreciative of any tips.
  • How many guests can be at the party?
    Our 60-minute parties are designed for up to 12 children per character. If you anticipate more than 12 children, we highly recommend adding a second character to your party, and we will adjust the party festivities accordingly.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my party? We require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations.
    You will be refunded everything other than your 50% + tax deposit. If you choose to rebook with us, we will transfer your deposit for a rescheduled date.
  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes, we require a deposit of 50% to book and reserve any of our packages.
  • Do you offer Corporate Packages?
    Absolutely, please reach out for more information.
  • Do you support local events?
    We are looking forward to being involved locally and welcome any inquiries regarding local events that we can partake in.
  • Do you charge a travel fee?
    We charge a travel fee for events over 30 KM away from central Innisfil/Alcona. 30-40 km - $15+tax 40-50 km - $25+tax 50-60 km - $35+tax 60-70 km - $45+tax 70-80 km - $60+tax 80-90 km - $80+tax 90-100 km - $110+tax 100-110 km - $140+tax 110-120 km - $160+tax Please call for pricing over 120 km.
  • Can I host my party outdoors?
    Weather-permitting, outdoor parties are a great option! However, we will require the character have a chair, a small table, and a dry, mud-free environment for the character/s and children.
  • Is there a damage deposit required to rent your machines?
    No, however, we will require a credit card on file and a waiver signed in the event of damages. Your credit card will be charged for the damages.
  • What ages are the parties appropriate for?
    Of course all ages can enjoy our entertainment, however, the ages that we work with the most are between 2-8.
